When line pressure in the lines drop below 20 psi the possibility of a health risk exists for contamination of the water supply. Therefore the boil water advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure.
There are no known health risks at this time, but the possibility of health risk exists.
Until further notice, the district is advising the customers to boil all water used for drinking or cooking at least three minutes before personal consumption.
The advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected and test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.
